Consequently, we neither make assertions nor endorse the accuracy, completeness, promptness, or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information disseminated through the Sokong platform.
Moreover, we do not assert that such material has been disseminated with the permission of the copyright or intellectual property holder. Any reliance on such materials is at the user's sole risk. Although we do not bear responsibility for materials contained within postings, we retain the right to remove or modify such materials at our sole discretion, for any reason.
All contributions made via the Sokong platform are irrevocable, with all transactions considered final upon completion. Sokong is committed to the protection of your personal data, and does not share any such information with third-party entities, except in instances where you provide explicit consent for the transference of your personal information to a Beneficiary as part of the "Apply as volunteer" feature. Sokong disclaims responsibility for any harm, liabilities or financial costs associated with volunteering activities facilitated through the platform.

Registration/Sign in via Third-Party Tools: Users may register for a Sokong account using third-party sign-in credentials, such as Google or Apple account information. This Single Sign-On service allows users to link their existing third-party profiles with their Sokong account. During this process, Sokong may access specific information contained within your third-party profile, including your screen name and profile picture.
By using the Sokong platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and otherwise legally competent to read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
As a user, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The Sokong platform, including its text, audio, video, graphics, charts, photographs, interfaces, code, data, trademarks, logos, slogans, names of products and services, documentation, other components and content, and the design, selection, and arrangement of content is exclusively the property of Sokong or, as applicable, its suppliers and licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Sokong disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
