Fundraising | Support Walk for Justice, Seek the Truth for Beng Hock!

This year marks the 15th anniversary of Teoh Beng Hock's passing. It is disheartening that as of today, the perpetrator(s) responsible for Teoh Beng Hock's death remain(s) at large. Those in power, despite having resources at their disposal, have been slow and reluctant to seek the truth, showing neither the will for institutional reform nor the determination for transitional justice. In the face of this official apathy, the Teoh Beng Hock Association for Democratic Advancement will organize the " Walk for Justice " relay walk and memorial from July 13 to 15. Starting from the crime scene at Plaza Masalam in Shah Alam (where Teoh Beng Hock was found dead on the fifth-floor balcony 15 years ago), we will walk in stages to the Prime Minister's Office in Putrajaya. Our collective effort aims to tell the Prime Minister that 15 years have passed, yet Teoh Beng Hock’s case remains unresolved, and his family, along with every citizen who cares about human rights, continue to long for the truth. 15 years on, we have not forgotten Teoh Beng Hock! The long road to seeking truth and justice relies on the mutual support and collaboration of manpower, financial resources, and material resources. To fund the "Walk for Justice" series of activities, the Teoh Beng Hock Association for Democratic Advancement calls on all like-minded individuals to generously contribute within their means by making small donations to support this event.
